Between 7:30am & 5:30pm Central: (901) 344-2500 or (800) 228-8513
Online:
- Login to your account online or in the mobile app.
- Select any account.
- In the account’s menu, select “Card Management.”
- Pick the affected card.
- First, deactivate the card and then select “Report Lost/Stolen.”
