Once enrolled in Online Banking, you will also have access to your account with our mobile app. Simply download the app and log in using your username and password you set up during enrollment.

HOW TO SET UP ONLINE ACCESS

  1. Click the LOG IN button.
  2. Click “First times user? Enroll now.” Follow the prompts [review and agree to our online banking terms and conditions; enter your social security number; enter your account number; enter your email address and personal information]. Complete all fields and hit SUBMIT.
  3. Click the SEND EMAIL VERIFICATION.  *To avoid this email going to your spam folder, be sure to add fecca.com to the recognized list of domains in your email system. Otherwise, remember to check your spam folder for our email.
  4. When you receive our verification email, click the link provided (to our login page again). Create a user name (a temporary password will be provided) and select LOGIN.
  5. When prompted, change your password. You’ll also select a personal icon/image and security questions [select and answer one question from each of the three dropdown menus]. Click SUBMIT, review your info once more, and click CONFIRM.
  6. Click CONTINUE again and your setup is complete! You’ll see your ACCOUNT SUMMARY screen. You may be prompted to validate your email one last time for alert purposes.

MOBILE APP. Download the FECA app for routine transactions or to conduct account research anytime, anywhere. You can view account balances, transaction history, make loan payments, initiate account transfers and pay bills.

MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT (RAD)

Our Mobile Check Deposit service is called RAD (REX Anywhere Deposit). Enrollment can be completed from the FECA mobile app or while logged in to your account online.  From there, it’s easy to snap a picture of a check and deposit it into your account.

HOW TO ENROLL

Mobile App

  1. From the app, click Deposit Checks from the menu.
  2. Select the shares you wish to enroll in RAD then click ENROLL.


Website

  1. From the website, click Remote Deposits from the menu.
  2. Select the shares you wish to enroll in RAD then click ENROLL.

Your enrollment will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days.

ARE THERE LIMITATIONS?

  1. $3000/day maximum, $6000/month
  2. Two deposits/day maximum, 60/month

Eligible checks will be credited, subject to our funds availability policy, on FECA business days [excludes FECA holidays and weekends] at either 10AM CT or 5PM CT.

HOW TO SET UP

  1. Download and open the Wallet app in iPhone6 or newer model.
  2. Add your card to the app.
  3. In the card settings menu, select FECA as your default card.
