Our mission is to provide FedEx employees and their families with all the support and benefits they need to reach their financial goals. FECA is for every FedEx family, for life. Become a new member-account holder today – we’d love to have you join us!

The FedEx Employees Credit Association is different from every other financial institution. As THE financial institution specifically for FedEx employees, FedEx retirees, and their family and household members, we are dedicated to meeting your family’s specific financial needs.

Eligibility

Who can join?

To become a member, you or one of your family or household members must work or have recently retired from FedEx or one of its companies.

FECA Membership is Open to:

  • FedEx employees
  • FedEx retirees
  • FedEx employees’ immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren)
  • FedEx employees’ household members & roommates

What You Need to Join

  • Your social security number or TIN
  • Two forms of ID (one needs to be an unexpired driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID, or U.S. Alien Registration Card; the second can be an employment badge, social security card, insurance card, voter registration card, or birth certificate)
  • Your FedEx ID number (or your family or household member’s)
  • $25.00 to open a savings account.

What are the Benefits of Becoming a FECA Member?

There are multiple advantages to becoming a FECA Member. Besides great rates we offer our members Credit Counseling, Financial Advisors, Rewards, financial education resources, discounts on various services, and more. For a full list of benefits, visit our FECA Benefits page.

Want to Join in Person?

No problem! Download the FECA Member Service Request and visit your local branch. We’d love to meet you in person!

Want to Add a Joint Account Holder to Your Account?

It’s easy to add a family member to your account. Complete a Member Service Request. At the top of page, select “update.” Under Joint Owner/Authorized Signer section, select “Joint Owner” and “Add” for each new account owner. Fill in the information for each joint account holder. Return the completed form and two forms of ID for each account holder.

What Happens When I Retire from FedEx?

Absolutely nothing! Once you’re a FECA member, you’re a member for life! You do not need to close your accounts. For more information on FedEx retirement, visit our Once A Member page.

Can I Open an Account for My Kids?

Many of our Members open accounts for their children and grandchildren. If you’re an existing FECA member and the parent, grandparent, or guardian of a minor or child under 21, you can share the gift of membership by opening a Youth Account.

What’s the Difference between a ‘Member’ and a ‘Customer’?

As a Federal Credit Union, we don’t have customers.  Credit Unions have members.  Our members are our owners, and when we do well, the benefits of our success are reinvested in better rates, less and lower fees, better service, and increased reserves to maintain our strength and stability.
