Does Direct Checking have any account fees?

There is no monthly service fee associated with the FECA Direct Checking account. Certain account activity fees may still apply, such as outgoing wire transfers and stop payment fees. Please see our Fee Schedule for a full list of associated fees.

Is it free to use an ATM?

There are no fees for transactions on our ATMs or ITMs, but there is a $.50 fee for balance inquiries. FECA does not charge an out-of-network ATM fee, but an out-of-network fee may be levied by the financial institution that owns the ATM. Those fees will vary depending on the financial institution that owns the ATM.

How can I deposit funds into my account?

  1. Electronic Funds Transfer – You can transfer funds electronically from an external bank account with our ABA routing number and your account number. FECA’s routing number is 284084350.
  2. Mobile Deposit – You can download our mobile app and use Mobile Deposit (RAD).
  3. Deposit A Check In-person– Visit a local branch, a FECA deposit-taking ATM (not all ATMS accept deposits), or visit a shared-branch location. Click to find your closest location.
  4. Transfer funds between your FECA accounts – Easily move money between your accounts within the mobile app.
  5. Transfer funds from another financial institution – Move funds directly to your FECA account from another financial institution with just a few clicks using a wire transfer.
