Whether you left it at a restaurant or it slipped between the couch cushions, losing your FECA card can be scary. But, if you act fast, FECA Visa Credit & Debit cards have security features specifically designed to help in this scenario. Contact us as soon as possible to quickly replace the card and avoid paying any unauthorized charges.

How to Report Your Lost/Stolen Cards
VISA Debit Cards or ATM Cards By phone:
Outside normal business hours: (901) 332-9232 or (800) 833-3544.
- Select Option 3
Between 7:30am & 5:30pm Central: (901) 344-2500 or (800) 228-8513
VISA Debit Cards or ATM Cards Online:
- Login to your account online or in the mobile app.
- Select any account.
- In the account’s menu, select “Card Management.”
- Pick the affected card.
- Deactivate the card by sliding the green toggle button.
- Select “Report Lost/Stolen.”
By deactivating the card, you lock the card from further use. This step ensures that your card won’t be usable if someone else has it. If you find the card, you can easily reactivate it.

- Select Option 3 for “Card Services”
- Then Option 2 for “VISA Classic”
- Then Option 3 for “Report the Card Lost or Stolen”
