We care about your safety and are vigilant about protecting you!

If we suspect fraudulent transactions or detect unusual activity on your ATM, Debit, or Credit Card, you will be notified by text, phone, and finally by email.  Your card will be blocked from further use until you respond to one of the notifications. 

The notifications are time-sensitive. After several days without a response, the block cannot be removed. A new card must then be issued.

If you are unable to respond to the notifications, you must contact the Fraud Center.

Online: Log in to your account online and click ‘Support’ in the menu to contact the Fraud Center directly.
