We are pleased to announce we experienced such tremendous growth in 2018 that we are expanding our board leadership. We are adding two new board positions to ensure we maintain the resources and expertise needed for our growth and governance. There will be a special meeting that will coincide with our Annual Meeting to vote on the two nominees put forth by our nominating committee for these new seats:

In addition, we would like to thank Chris Ransom for contributing his time and talents as a member of our board for 12 years. Chris is stepping down this year, and the nominating committee has put forth JT Schneider as his replacement.
